Rafayel is one of Circa’s co-founders. He studied Economics at Armenian State University and previously worked as the Senior Software Engineer at EPAM. Rafayel proudly built a video consultation tool for one of the very first telemedicine providers in the US. He describes himself as having an extraordinarily impressive long-term memory. Rafayel spends his time away from the computer with his wife and their baby girl.
